Father Rick Says (Homily #4)

The meek shall inherit the earth,
But doesn't announce the date.
All the true believers believe,
But there is some disagreement about
What to do during the interim.
The richer ones prudently have
Bought a few rental properties
Which they will fix up on Judgement Day.
The poorer ones, who live in slums,
Put all their money in the collection plate,
Wait for ownership like they wait
For the first of the month or repairs to be made.
Maybe next week Father Rick will reveal
Where God has hidden the title office.
