Night has come,
The world is
Sleeping,
Every child is
In God's keeping:
Drowsy children
Cease their play
To arise another day.

See the purple
Stars are gleaming,
High above the
Moon is beaming,
Weary man
Goes to his rest,
As the wild birds
Seek their nest.
