in the welfare line
counting twenty torn earlobes
on eighteen women
it's fun watching
society crumble
on Channel 9
our only fear
is that the TV
stations'll go
before all the
rest of it does
forcing us
to open our doors
and watch it all
sans logos
You don't need to
lay siege to castles,
the tide will tell you:
just water them down.
