Cecelia Chapman is an artist and writer living a pretty simple life on the outskirts of the Northern California coast. For example, it is her sole ambition to finish learning Flash and post some short video-stories that look like fabric as soon as she finishes the portraits of Blaine Reininger of Tuxedomoon and Selena of Barolo Restaurant.
