A boy and his father could never agree
In which party that it was best they should be.
The boy was a Democrat, liberal too,
His father, Republican, loyal and true.
One day the son saw his dad kissing his mother;
He yelled in surprise to his younger kid brother.
His father said, "Son, with some help from above,
Even Republicans can fall in love."
