Ball of foot
heel
and toe
stick and slide
on wooden floors
polished.

Everything tenses
and releases.
The bright energy in projection
was once red;
is now an emotional blue.

Hand;
fingers
flail, giving the air meaning;
giving the space boundaries.

The body is
full of intent.
