No disrespect
       to all you 	fine members
                                    of the psychiatric profession,
                               but this shit ain't exactly
                                                brain surgery,
                                          is it?

If you take a child
and beat him bloody
for the slightest infraction

he will grow up to assume
that violence
is the solution
to all his problems.

If you take a child
and tell her she's a worthless piece of shit
every time things don't go your way

she will grow up to spend
all her time in the corner
muttering
about suicide and heroin.

How much advice do parents really need?

Teach a child to hate
and he will invariably learn to hate

Teach a child to love
and he might learn how to love.
