was rubbing heads
with orange peel laced exotica
in seas sprayed light blue
indian music ringing through valleys
echoing some lost in the found
shapes among cod boats-
all elegantly painted
into whispering colored eyes
heat of late night Chinese cuisine dreams
along the mu chu river just south
between Mr. & Mrs. lortabian
banging symbols: when I heard a sneeze
& lifted my eyes from slumber
only to fall deeper in citrus juiced
tentacles
