Article III Section I

would the Supreme Court
rule in my favor
if I were to suggest
in this poem
2^nd Amendment Solutions
to the problems they have caused
 
would they find against me
unlike they do the stochastic terror
inflicted on us by
right-wing demagogues
blathering about Replacement
in their ugly echo chambers
spewing out dogwhistles
to their “lone wolves”
 
would my satanic prayers
be just as protected
as all the evangelical prayers
for the deaths of their enemies
or is that reserved for their brand
of religion alone
 
would they relish
Congressional adjustment
of the Court itself
as defined in the Constitution
and change the number
of Justices
to a more fitting number
 
would they forgive my anger
at them twisting
the Long Arc
back on itself
like some Gadsden ouroboros
swallowing itself
in an act of
American Annihilation
 
would they even know of my words
if I couldn’t even make it onto
some covert FBI list
a secret they’d allow
for the “good”
of the Country
