Morgner, Andreas

Andreas Morgner has worked for the U.S. Department of the Treasury as an investigator since 2001.  Between 2008 and 2011, he was assigned to the U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM), a military command based in Stuttgart, Germany. During that time, he traveled extensively in Africa investigating war crimes as well as drugs and arms smuggling.
